Courtney specializes in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT), a science based approach to soft tissue therapy, and studied under PNMT founder Doug Nelson. The goal of PNMT is to address the source of your pain, not just treat the symptoms. To do that, Courtney uses clinically proven techniques to locate the muscles that are causing pain; just because a muscle is tender does not mean it is the source!

Courtney Evans, LMT, has over three years of hands on experience with clients. She graduated from Professional Massage Training Center in Springfield, MO, where she completed a 900 hour program specializing in PNMT. Prior to earning her massage degree, Courtney attended DePauw University in Indiana where she earned her BA in Psychology with a minor in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Courtney is currently working towards her Masters in Sports Psychology and Psychobiomechanics at San Diego State University and will also attend SDSU for her Doctorate in Public Health and Counseling.
