Wendi Miyashiro, MSTOM, L.Ac. is a California State Board licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist. She is also a Diplomate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology of the National Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Wendi obtained her Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA. She is a summa cum laude graduate and received her training from renowned doctors from China, the U.S., Australia, and Europe. Wendi's education includes extensive training in Sports/Orthopedic Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Japanese Acupuncture Techniques, and Pain Management. As a native to San Diego, Wendi received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Riverside. She is a phi beta kappa graduate and fluent in Spanish.

Wendi has had the wonderful opportunity to pursue her practice on land and at sea. As the onboard acupuncturist for Celebrity Cruises from 2005-2008, she spent 3 years traveling the world and lecturing on the benefits of acupuncture and herbal remedies. She also served as Medical Director for OM Group Inc. and was the lead herbal consultant and advisor within the fleet.
